Villain looks like a reg. Kind of an agrressive one.
When he skip flop cbet, it looks he has some 2nd pair type hand, or A hi.
OTT my plan was to bet turn/river. I thought he don't fold any strong 2nd pair, weakTP, but maybe he can fold some bottom pairs, A hi-s.
This play is ok? Do you bet river? (or turn?)
Which cards are the best on the river if you bet? Or bet 100% ?

I don't like the SB flat. I wouldn't even have a SB flatting range at all in micro's simply because of the high rake. Therefor I think a 3b is in order.

I think stabbing turn is okay, but after he calls I don't think we can fold out a pair that often at all as it's hard for us to rep anything strong here. I would actually prefer to check turn and stab rivers as when he checks twice he basicly has announced he doesn't have anything.

Thoughts anyone?

I like the line overall, preflop as mentioned above I wouldn't usually ever play as a flat but given BB is a fish then it makes it better.

Postflop is good imo considering that both turn and river are bricks and villain's range is quite well defined as a showdownable hand. Maybe consider an exploitative overbet to maximise fold equity? I think this is fine as played though.

What do we have in value(nuts) river with which we would take this line ? Specially if we want to overbet.

I suppose it depends on how wide you flat the SB in this spot and I would imagine it's fairly wide if QJo is included in it. I think you could use sets to balance this range for sure and if you have 97s in your flatting range that's obviously the nuts.

Vs weaker regs and nitty players you could probably even do this just as a bluff and expect them to fold very often. I wouldn't worry about getting exploited in this spot as for one it's NL20 so I doubt there are tons of good regs looking to exploit you and plus it's a river spot so it's going to take villain ages to get enough data on this spot to know that you're exploiting him.
