Vilain is a standard calling station fish who is limp calling a lot preflop.

Can we call this turn or is it a standard X/F. He obviously play Tx this way, but I also think he can be shoving nearly all his range (flush draws, weak pair...)

Yeah, I would bet a bit bigger on the flop so that we have a potsize bet left on the turn.
I would just fold the turn. If villain is really a calling station, he likes to play hands passively and therefore is not shoving one pair hands or draws here. Versus spewy type of fish we might have a profitable call.
We could also raise bigger preflop, so that we can stack off more easily when we hit and we build a pot with a very strong hand versus villains crappy range. And if we miss, we can just cbet very small on many flops.
Think about your own range in this spot. You have 2pairs, overpairs, sets, and a whole bunch of pair+flushdraws. Don't feel bad folding a hand that's very low in your range.
pot the flop, shove most turns.
as played, just XF - a passive player is never bluffing/vbetting worse.
