NL20: FH faces 3 bet on river - am I a nit?

Hello, dear Runitonce community!

The following riverspot occured recently and I am not too sure whether I should think of myself as a hypernit or a handreading genius.

Villain is an average 23/20 Tag, he opens about 15% of his hands in UTG, however I had ca. 200 hands on him at that point, so I cannot say too much about his tendencies. I think preflop and Flop are relatively standard and Turn is not too complicated a spot either (by which I mean to say that I don't see a point in raising here). On the river I decide to raise, which is somewhat self explanatory; he will call me with JTs and might find a call with AA, AKhh,JTs. If his prefloprange contains hands like A7s and 67s, I guess that they will call as well; however, I'm not sure whether he would open these hands UTG. I can raise/ call shove on the river if he 3bet shoves JTs+ and I have to fold if he only shoves better FHs. The problem that I had with calling is that I do never expect him to shove straights and trips on a paired board. It doesn't really make sense for him to shove trips since I never have worse hands to call and shoving straights would probably be a msitake as well, considering that I will probably not raise trips on the river and that I would certainly never raise/ call them. I folded here and I'm not sure whether it was the ebst play ever or a huge mistake. any thoughts?

P.S. I have no idea how to copy a HH from HEM2, so I have to work with weaktight for the time being.
