NL20 - Best line with huge combo draw OTF in 3BP vs reg

Blinds: $0.10/$0.20 (5 Players) BB: $21.43
UTG: $21.31
CO: $20.00 (Hero)
BN: $20.00
SB: $33.93
Hi,

Vilain is one of the best regs of the limit, aggressive and pretty well balanced:
He runs 27/24, 3Bet 10% Total (8% SB vs CO), Cbet 75% OOP 3BP, Barrel 69% OOP Turn 3BP, Cbet/Fold 33% (9) OOP 3bet pot, WWSF 49%. 10K hands sample
Preflop ($0.30) Hero is CO with T J
UTG folds, Hero raises to $0.60, SB raises to $2.00, BB folds, Hero calls $1.40
Close call preflop in these positions but he was playing aggressively during the session...
Flop ($4.20) Q K 5
SB bets $2.00, Hero
His small sizing doesn"t mean he is weak, I know he can have good hands here.

Ok, I know the standard is to raise and GII and this is obviously good but is it the best line against this player?

What am I accomplishing by raising here? First I don't really have a value range here except KQ and 55 so I'm pretty sure he never folds Kx, even Qx and he is not Cbetting a lot of them. He is probably shoving Axhh and maybe some worst FD but it's not a lot of combos. So by raising I'm making him fold his air and not really folding better hands.

What about calling? As he is 2 barrelling a lot, I let him the opportunity of 2 barrel bluff (hands like AJ, AT, T9, J9, some random SD he could turn) and I can shove and win a bigger pot. Plus, he can be using my outs in his barreling range and if I hit the turn I can just call and let him shove the river. I know I'm not representing a lot when I shove the turn on a blank but he can't really call if he has air and even if I'm behind I still have good equity.

Thoughts?
