NL2 - Facing a 3bet shove at the flop with 2pair

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (7 Players) CO: $1.20
BN: $2.04 (Hero)
SB: $2.18
BB: $2.03
UTG: $1.27
UTG+1: $2.00
MP: $2.00
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is BN with K J
UTG folds, UTG+1 raises to $0.05, MP folds, CO calls $0.05, Hero calls $0.05, 2 folds
utg1 stats for 9max: overall vpip/pfr is 14/10 at 700 hands. 3bet is 4.1.
Flop ($0.18) J 7 K
UTG+1 bets $0.14, CO folds, Hero raises to $0.42, UTG+1 raises to $1.95 and is all in, Hero calls $1.53
Here we are going to need about 38% pot odds to make the breakeven call without rake. I think he shoves here KK(1c), 77(3c), JJ(1c). Now I am not sure if he would 3bet shove with 2pair of KJ which is 4 combos. Neither I know if he would ever bluff here with a hand like QTs which he probably opens preflop. One thing I did not think in the table when I made the call and I saw now is that he may have folded KJo from that position pre(it is not like a clear open). Same also for QTs. I think we should have folded here.

Let's say he has KJ here then our equity vs sets and KJ is 28%. Still a fold. If we add QTs also then it jumps to 40%. About a breakeven call here. So do you make the call?
Turn ($4.08) J 7 K A
River ($4.08) J 7 K A 5

Preflop : Fold your KJs against such NIT stats (your easily dominated and that can be very costly)
Flop : Normally it is a close spot against a random villain.
Villain could have e.g. AA, AK that he overplays. On the other hand it is a multi way pot so QTs (Villain might even not open QTs) is a less likely shove semi-bluff.
Will a ROCK/NIT 3 bet AA,AK on the flop I doubt it so would still fold against him.

With a 10% overall PFR, his range from UTG + 3 should be fairly tight. I'm guessing something like 12-13% of hands. Against this range, you can either call or 3-bet this hand.

On the flop, both calling and raising are fine. This flop is fairly dry and should be quite good for the preflop raiser, so calling with some very strong hands protects your range. However, raising is also good because you get value with a very strong hand, and if you want to bluff with something like QTs or T9s, you can also sometimes raise with it.

If you raise the flop with KJs, you have to call his shove. He could be shoving AA which you beat, as well as some random bluffs. Some players will shove AK here. He can also be shoving KJ.
