NL2- Facing 3bet all in at flop with 2pair

Blinds: $0.01/$0.02 (9 Players) CO: $2.60
BN: $2.00
SB: $1.91
BB: $2.13 (Hero)
UTG: $2.05
UTG+1: $2.25
MP: $2.07
MP+1: $1.50
MP+2: $1.23
Preflop ($0.03) Hero is BB with T A
4 folds, MP+2 raises to $0.04, 3 folds, Hero calls $0.02
villain has overall vpip/pfr of 23/20 in 9max at 267 hands
Flop ($0.09) A T J
Hero checks, MP+2 bets $0.06, Hero raises to $0.20, MP+2 raises to $1.19 and is all in, Hero calls $0.99
I think I should have called instead here, because villain has here KQ which is 16 combos. I think he may be having close to 10%(if not 10% ) straight here. He also has AJ. It would be better to just call here I think. But he opened pre with 2bb and this might mean that he has a looser range pre and so as a result to have a straight less often at this spot which might make it good to raise for value. What do you think? As played I think I should have folded to 3bet.
Turn ($2.47) A T J 2
River ($2.47) A T J 2 9
