CO and SB are both quite tight. 21/16 and 17/17 over 89 and 66 hands respectively. BU is assumed fish. CO seems to understand position and has attempt to steal at 4/14 and 7/19 from co/bu respectively. Fewer hands on SB but has been seen to attempt to steal quite frequently out of 13 hands seen from co/bu.

What's my raising range here?
I feel like I dislike calling with anything except maybe AK. I wonder if I should only have a shoving range here, and if so what? I would assume that SB largely raises for value due to fish button, and so I don't really see myself bluffing anything.
My thoughts are that a range of TT+, AK, AQs, i.e. 4.44% of hands for shoving would be an okay strategy? Otherwise I'm not really sure how to approach the situation. The huge benefit with AQs, AK are blockers, and I'm not even sure TT is blocking much of anything from SBs range.
Otherwise I'm quite lost with regards to the situation. Whatever action I choose besides shoving seems to leave an always awkward set of options for later.
