NL16 KK facing agression, no draws

So, when you get raised on this spot and there are no draws, it's pretty much only a value raise right? Trips or air. What else could you be calling a squeeze with that is not JJ?. Q10s should be folded pre or am I being too nity? I know some bad players would do this with air and then give up too. So I called.
