NL10z XR for thin value part I

I'm currently studying XR out of the BB vs. an IP PFR. One of the most recent things I noticed is that vs. late position PFRs, many weaker top pairs are played as XR for

  1. value
  2. equity denial

Point 1 (value) refers to the fact that we mostly XR TPMK vs. late position PFRs as these will have a bunch of weaker top pairs in their range that TPMK can actually extract quite some value from as weaker top pairs can sendomly fold without being exploited. The general tendency is the better the kicker, the higher the XR frequency. Point 2 (equity denial) refers to the fact that this only happens on boards where there are overcards to our weak top pairs (e.g. we don't see this pattern on Axx boards). In a nutshell: The lower the board, the more extensive are our XR frequencies with top pair.

Hand example:

BTN is a good regular. OTF, BTN has a bunch of weaker Kx, also 9x and 6x might call as he knows I'm XR a decent portion of my range here. Turn is a bad card for our range, hence check. After the turn check back, I blockbet the river for value vs. weaker Kx and bluffcatchers (JJ-TT, 88-77, 6x). Thoughts?
