NL10z QQ vs. UTG 4-bet, bet, insta-shove

Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with Q Q

UTG raises to $0.30, MP folds, Hero raises to $0.90, 3 folds, UTG raises to $2.85, Hero calls $1.95

Flop ($5.85) 6 8 4

UTG bets $2.79, Hero calls $2.79

Turn ($11.43) 6 8 4 T

UTG bets $5.28 and is all in, Hero

UTG insta-bets flop and insta-shoves turn. Against a regular which I know is aggro and might be barroling through AK, I might find a call here. Versus unknowns I tend to fold. Is this hand misplayed?

I'm a nit and I already hate this spot preflop. I'm folding. Against the range I gaved him QQ+, Ac5c, AcKc, KcJc,AcJc, in my charts KJs,AJs mixes 4bets and calls in this positions,we have a break even call, but I didnt took rake in consideration. If your pool 4bets JJ sometimes here, its a call.

If you fold this you're basically folding your entire range aside from a couple of slow-played AA.
I'd shove flop for value because we can't just fold premium over-pairs on dry boards in 4bet pots without massively over-folding and opening ourselves up to heavy exploitation by aggressive players.
Board textures don't get much better than this for QQ.
If you think that this is a fold otf/ott without hitting a set you probably should've folded pre-flop against this massive 4bet. Or not 3bet QQ in the first place.
