NL10z - OESD in 3bet pot

CO: $10.00 (Hero)
Villain play 35/23 after 45 hands. 3bet OOP = 11, but i guess that sample is too small. Cbet = 60%.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with Q K
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, 2 folds, BB raises to $1.00, Hero calls $0.75
Can i call it? If suited its a easy call, but KQo?
Flop ($2.05) J T 5
BB bets $0.94, Hero calls $0.94
Call is ok or i should raise here? If i raise and he shoves, what then ? :-/
Turn ($3.93) J T 5 8
BB bets $2.00, Hero calls $2.00
Here i have no idea if this call is correct? Fold would be better? I guess that raising has no sense.
River ($7.93) J T 5 8 6
BB bets $0.10, Hero calls $0.10
I was considering the push on the river in order to make him fold all Ax, AK/AQ and maybe some Ahxh, but was afraid cause lately I posted on this forum the similair hand when i pushed and villain snap called and showed AA. Additionally this 1BB bet really confused me, i thought that he wouldnt bet it with AK or AQ, but it may be something to induce bet from me. Finally decided to just to call it.
Final Pot BB wins and shows high card Ace.
BB wins $7.76
Rake is $0.37

He showed me AQo. What do you think about this hand?
