NL10z: JJ, BTN cold-call, turn bet-fold vs tight Villain?

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $10.10 (Hero)
SB: $9.65
BB: $12.26
UTG: $10.35
MP: $8.24
CO: $11.59
Had 100 hands from V., seems to be a tight guy with 18/17 stats.
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is BN with J J
UTG folds, MP calls $0.10, CO raises to $0.54, Hero calls $0.54, 2 folds, MP folds
Should we raise against this big iso pre?
Flop ($1.33) Q Q 7
CO checks, Hero bets $0.32, CO calls $0.32
Against a check on this board, I would expect to play against a range like some trapped Qx (KQ, AQ, etc.), pokets (like JJ-88) and air-hands and overcards with low EQ. I think a big percentage of the time villain is weak here, so I want to get value from all the worse hands with this small sizing and denie EQ from OCs like AK. What do you think about the sizing?
Turn ($1.97) Q Q 7 7
CO checks, Hero bets $0.90, CO raises to $2.22, Hero
I guess the turn is maybe a bit of an overplay. I guess, that we dont have a second street of value against weaker pairs and the overcards will fold a lot of the time, too. Also we are just afraid of Aces and Kings - so we might check the turn and play collect some money on bricked rivers?! (what do you think?). And then - against the raise, I guess against this tight guy it should be an easy fold, or not? Don't see many bluffs here, especially on NL10z.

Looking forward to your thoughs! :-)
