NL10z - facing 3 barrels with 33

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $11.71
SB: $12.61
BB: $11.98
UTG: $13.55
MP: $9.60
CO: $28.50 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with 3 3
2 folds, Hero raises to $0.25, BN folds, SB raises to $0.85, BB folds, Hero calls $0.60
I have about 50 hands on SB and he plays 23/21, 3bet IP = 27%, OOP = 30% so I assume that he 3 bets kinda light. Not sure if calling is good but vs small sizing i can try to setmine i guess. Neither i like folding nor 4betting.
Flop ($1.80) 5 5 9
SB bets $0.58, Hero calls $0.58
1/3 pot bet usually is made with the whole range, so my pocket should be good a lot of times. Any other options? Rasing?
Turn ($2.96) 5 5 9 4
SB bets $1.67, Hero calls $1.67
Here Im not sure if i can call the 2nd barrel.
River ($6.30) 5 5 9 4 K
SB bets $3.55, Hero calls $3.55
If he was bluffing with AK, he gets there. But K is also good card for him to barrel the 3rd time. Can i call here?

Turn is a fold for sure, something like 66 would be the worst hand I would ever consider calling, even that is not awesome and probably a fold in fact.

Vs non competent and non high class player overfolding is better play than overcalling. For overcalling to be right play he needs to barrel too often and shut down river.
For example he has all AQ-JT, some FD, SD, A2 etc.... type of stuff which he bet on the turn however never keep bluffing river, now he is having unbalance turn strategy and unbalance river strategy which is easy to exploit.
Clear turn fold, we don't want to deviate vs somewhat unknown opponent. Bottom of range - fold, top - continue

Fold turn.

The thing with pocket pairs is that you may or may not be good in a particular instance, but you should think about your range. Would you call down with 4th pair against a triple barrel?

You should use pocket pairs to balance out your range. I find that, in particular, they are very useful to balance out your check-raising range. This is because you often want to check to realize your SDV, but you really don't want to check/call always because you face aggression on future streets. So check/raising for protection or even as a bluff is viable in many cases.
