Continuing on my quest to evolve past fish status, trying to plug my biggest leaks as a NL10 zoom player.
Here I decide to call down on wet board vs MP open. I imagine he has a ton of Axcc, JTs - T9s. Don't think he would be 3 barreling TT-JJ.
How spewy do you think this is? Thanks.

You block some of his bluffs like T9 and J9, which means you should bluffcatch less. Villains river size looks too valueish for me like KQ or AQ which hope to get a crying call. So I would fold most times.
I nit fold flop.
Reason: Vs aggressive villain if he cbets that flop he is likely to follow through on many turns and x/c'ing oop with under pairs that can't improve on later streets is really gross.
When flatting pairs in sb vs ep/mp I am mostly just set mining even with hands as strong as 99 or TT. If I chose not to 3bet them pre it was because villain is too tight or folds to too many 3bets. If he's too tight preflop to 3bet 99 then you don't have to change your mind post-flop and start making light calldowns over 3 streets.
I personally almost never hero against players I don't know anything about.
x/c'ing down 3 streets with one pair hands should only be done against the most aggressive opponents imo.
great advice thanks. nice read on V's sizing Disharmonist ^^
Kuduku I like your angle. seems too weak at first to fold flop, but projecting on later streets is something I should do more. I guess I would meet you halfway and peel one otf and fold to aggression ott. Also simplifies decisions a lot if your choosing simply to never call down vs. unknowns, which is appealing at these stakes I guess.
if V has high fold to 3bet, shouldn't we be especially pummelling his open raises repeatedly until (if) he adjusts?
I'd fold turn or flop if villain has high barrelling stats.
I would fold the turn.
I use a polarised 3betting range against villain who has a high fold vs 3bet where I include a lot of air along with the more nutty stuff. Not sure if it's good or correct but that's what I do.
He's probably not folding anything better than nines preflop vs a 3bet, but he can certainly fold hands better than 56s-87s A2s-A5s or JTs and QTs too often.
I understand that under normal circumstances we'd rather 3bet a linear range oop. But I don't think that is optimal at all against a guy who is tight and folds to a lot of 3bets.
Sorry I am getting off topic here.
