Q seemed to be good card to barrel again, but now when im thinking about it and that his range are mostly sets or pairs it should be easy check back and fold river unimproved, right?

Check back the flop.
AKo being the best A high combo has its merits.
Also, you don't have backdoor flush.
I slightly prefer to check back this flop with AdKh and barrel with my gutters, backdoors, sets, overs.
Its kinda hard to find many turn cards on which you want to continue betting so I prefer to checkback and instead cbet hands like Axs,KQ,AQ.
On turn I'm definitely stop betting. You target 22-88 only with that bet , but those hands will often fold on flop.
I found very interisting this hand so I did a quick analyse on it, I gave the following range for hero: (AA-QQ,AKs-ATs,A5s-A2s,KQs-KJs,QJs,65s,54s,AKo-AQo) and the following range and for villain: (JJ-22,AQs-ATs,KQs-KJs,QJs-QTs,JTs,AQo), and give the villain the following strategy on the flop as a response to hero 54% cbets, assuming villain will fold all the weaker pairs (22-88) 100% of the time, raise 100% of the time only with open ended flushdrawn and raise a little percenteage of the time with some of flushdrawns on the flop, even on this flop with this size hero should cbet 100% of time to exploit villain strategy, but on the turn his overall range and this specific combo should continue betting a very small frequency, I would prefer to take a line of cbet flop and then giveup turn (offcourse my analyse can be wrong If your range or villain range and flop strategy are very diferentt from what I assumed but I am open to opinions about it as well
What makes you think Villain is opening as wise as 22+ surely it cant be profitable to open that wide never mind defend every CO 3b with it?
21% is 66+ and thats not his UTG range.
Id check this combo and take the free river
You can go either way on the flop I think, I tend to just bet. On the turn I'm checking, really not a great turn card in terms of fold equity from and exploitative standpoint. It's also a decent spot to bet/check/bet as a bluff since you can represent hands like AQ/KK/AA so well.
