Think you played your hand fine to the river where I probably just explo x/f and assume they're heavily weighted toward Kx, they should be betting much larger otr when they reopen the action as they're repping basically Kx...So either you're repping Jx here or 44/33...if you're repping Jx then you probably want to have a combo that duplicates your Jx combos, you're not flatting J8s here so your combo has no favorable blocker effects, also, villain has an easy x/c with hands that play to this line, very likely they have AK and used a block explotatively because they think their range is face up...they should be playing a large sizing to this line and their sizing is a mistake imo...so you either should x/c given the good price and make the assumption they're finding a bluff at necessary frequency or you should just fold and assume they're not finding enough bluffs...if you want to turn a hand into a bluff then pick hands that duplicate your value range that are losing too often to x/c but can force better to fold, i think we need to play a much larger x/r sizing here to force Kx into a gross spot...would imagine that we use anywhere from pot to ai with our x/r range...given they folded the river it seems like they had a hand like AT or AJ that just wanted to force a better Ahi to fold, in which case if population is finding these river blocks with a bluffing range at enough of a freq you need to call 88...again they should've been polarizing a lot otr and betting probably psb or potentially overbet...they can still have JJ/KQ/AK etc and your range is extremely weighted toward mid pairs...
