This is a reg 23/21/2.5/9.1/61-1.4hands (vpip/pfr/af/3b/f3b)
So i decide 3b AQs -call is a opcion to- but i prefer 3b this time
On flop i make a c-bet 33% and he decide raise- in my head the only 9 he have on our range play like this is 89s (2combos) because i dont believe he raise some Full house here- so i put him in some ATs JJ or QQ or maybe some draw- for this reason e decide shove, because i believe he folds a TPTK or a over pair here because we play HJvsUTG and if he calls i have very equity vs this hands.

Well the flop is very wet so he might check-raise his boat on this type of board expecting to be looked up by a lot of hands such a straight and flush draws and even over pair hands. But then again he could have trips or an overpair like JJ or QQ (might 4 bet). Would expect him to fold 89s hands preflop though so I don't think 89s nor T9s for that matter is a likely holding.
There are many draws you could have that play this way that he is not always folding overpairs maybe he fold JJ but he will prob call off with QQ as that beats JJ.
Having said this think your play is not bad but prob not as good as you expect.
Personally i would bet bigger on the flop to make him fold hands like 88,77,66 also if he folds hands like kj it,s ok too because this type of hands also have some equity vs our hand. What he can raise on the flop, hands like 89(2 combos), also A9 2 combos, 3 combos of TT. QQ 6 combos , JJ 6 combos, AT 9 combos, I think you played pretty well. Great job.
I don't see a ton of reason to raise this hand or any hand for that matter. We have position so calling everything we continue with and not raising any hand seems rather standard in a spot like this. Aggressive raising/shoving is more of a thing OOP with SRP like this.
+1 I would prefer calling being IP here too. Also his check-raise was rather reasonable small which I think should slightly move the balance between calling and 3betting to calling even if mixing in a tiny 3-betting range makes sense.
Agree with @luckyturn. Call flop (not that its a big deal, but aggression is better on unpaired flops). You get a free shot vs. underpairs, a chance to catch up and get a bluff out of them, a chance to hit your A and most importantly, a chance at hitting a low spade where you flush over flush him.
I think 3b pre is fine if there are no weak players behind, otherwise id call prob 100% of the time with this hand. Do you really expect him to call 98s vs your 3b here? If yes it is a slam dunk 3bet, but I doubt it since if he calls 98s he is basically calling his entire range or at least a huge part of it. What is his Raise first in from UTG, like 14-15%?
i dont believe he call 89s
15%
I would call the check-raise on the flop.
Rest seems fine.
