NL10z 3-bet pot: Facing double XR line with top pair

Blinds: $0.05/$0.10 (6 Players) BN: $15.06
SB: $13.54
BB: $17.04
UTG: $10.35
MP: $12.22
CO: $10.97 (Hero)
Preflop ($0.15) Hero is CO with K Q
UTG folds, MP raises to $0.25, Hero raises to $0.75, 3 folds, MP calls $0.50
Flop ($1.65) 3 2 Q
MP checks, Hero bets $0.55, MP raises to $1.94, Hero calls $1.39
Turn ($5.53) 3 2 Q J
MP checks, Hero bets $2.15, MP raises to $9.53 and is all in, Hero

I was confonted with a pretty rare double check raise line in today's session and I'm very interested in your take on it. MP played 21/17 over about 150 hands.

The Flop connects well enough with my 3-bet range while missing large parts of the middling cards that form a huge chunk of the coldcaller's range to range c-bet this board. Defending vs. the XR should be standard I guess.

On the turn MP check/shoves. In general, my approach is to avoid marginal situations and I tend to overfold these spots. However, I basically don't see how we can put MP on any value hand at all. His stats suggest that he has a somewhat reasonable RFI range, so he'll never have 33/22. I block QQ (one combination left, might have 4-bet pre) and taking this line makes no sense with AA/KK/JJ.

Basically the only hand with which this makes sense to me is flushdraws which try to exert maximum pressure. Thoughts?
