On Qxx flops, the equities run way closer between the 3-bettor and the PFC than on Axx or Kxx flops, however since this flop pairs the low card (PFC holds few 4x) and is unconnected, I bet range on the flop.
The turn reduces the number of Qx combos the PFC will hold, however I assume that fold equity shrinks substantially as well. I assume the PFC will call any PP higher than 44 now and maybe Ace highs, which basically comes down to his complete defending range on the flop.
River: On the Kh, a significant part of our range wants to bet (AK, KJ, KT). Do you like that bluff with ATs? In game I just thought that a lot of the PPs might fold here now and I'm blocking AK so let's go
