NL100z - Tricky preflop spot with QQ

UTG: $82.06
MP: $247.25

Hey guys!
I'm really confused about our best line in this spot.
I did some math on the EV of 5b-shoving QQ at these stacks. My assumptions were he 4-bets tightish here (as he can probably flat a lot of hands at this stack depth) with a range of QQ+ for value and AQo, A5s, A4s as bluffs (he might actually pick different hands to 4b bluff, but doesn't really matter). If we assume he calls a 5b shove with QQ+, then it's slightly negative EV for hero to shove QQ here (which I assumed in game as well). I didn't know how to model for the EV of a smaller 5b though. Flatting the 4b might be an option, but then our 5b range becomes super narrow and QQ won't be easy to play oop with these akward stacksizes imo.
When I modeled this spot, I used kinda balanced ranges for my opponent. In this particular spot though, I noticed that this villain opens kinda wide from MP (24%) and 4-bets 32% in my 644 sample, which led me to believe that a 5b is certainly good.
My questions are:
1) What is our optimal line against a balanced opponent?
2) What is our optimal line against this particular opponent, who is probably a bit looser and more aggressive than usual?
3) I haven't used CREV yet, but considering to get it. I guess this software could be used to model situations like this one. Can maybe someone who uses the software comment on this? Do you think it is needed if I want to continue to move up through the stakes? How steep is the learning curve to use it efficiently?
Sorry for the long post and thanks in advance for your comments :)
