OPP 18/10 with 0 3bet 50% fold vs cbet and overall passive over 100 hands ( he plays 1 table and I've seen him for week)

River. Difficult spot to have bluff, except flush draws and he doesn't have too many of those I assume. Half pot seems like solid size with Tx and 9x isn't betting as this line (except A9 probably)
