BB- rec player, sample quite low 20-30hands seems loose and aggro but who knows?!, maybe just ran hot.
Flop, turn vs pot bet I don't see value in raising. His range AT+ for value and I guess SD,FDs type of stuff.
River - my bluffcatcher looks intermediate, +good qualities: blocking value (T9,TT) and not blocking bluffs (QJ). I expect people to have much more flushes here than FH+, because weak players defend a lot of those from BB (Kxs,Qxs,Jxs, SC, 64s and so on) so maybe having flush blocker is nice( but not Qs,Js because interact with possible bluffs)

What stats is villain running? Just wondering how spewy he is looking.
Too little hands, was 30/20 with high aggression. But it doesn't tell much, maybe he got premium hands few times and etc
Your range on the river is probably Tx, flushes and some trapped overpairs and some trapped boats. You probably raise most of the trips on the turn.
You can fold JJ-KK and all Tx (except AT). If you only call with flushes, boats and trips, you probably don't have enough calls. Since both As and Ts are on the board, it's not possible to have AT with a spade.
He's representing 33, T9 and flushes (not sure that he'd donk full pot on flop/turn with all FD). So he probably has something like 10-15 combos of value here. If he bluffs QJ with a spade, that's already 8 combos of bluffs. Other reasonable bluffs (like 87) are also easy to find.
Against LAG player, I would try to avoid overfolding. So I would call.
