Don't have information, maybe like 10 hands and he is 1 tabler so weak player.
River seems like call, when he sizes down he doesn't need to have many bluffs (some Tx, missed club draws and that's enough for breakeven call)

Call down seems reasonable. You block straights and he has reduced value combos on this river. He might even be value betting 89s
River sizing makes me think it's less FH and more 98 hand type. But it also reduce bluffs. Vs value range on pic we have +EV call. A9dd is questionable but if he has all 98 we still have 24%. Would give random spew possibility.
I'm thinking between calling and (small raising) clickbacking river.
