Preflop I wouldnt have been happy to 4B/Call against SB, this combo is playable even in 3-way.
Can we ever call it OTR? Also against aggro regs it wouldn't be the best bluffcatcher, especially on a T river. Okay we block KQ, but the are only 2 hands I can imagine here: QTs, and maybe a KJo which was turned into bluff. What about on a blank river? Vs a tight rec, can we call the river shove on a 2d river? I don't know in general. I am affraid we will loose against AJs, AK, JJ most of the time. Against aggro regs, its not really questionable.
