NL100z - AK deep vs unknown regular - what to do?

BN: $109.12
SB: $263.44 (Hero)
BB: $139.01
UTG: $121.64
HJ: $101
CO: $168.96
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A K
UTG folds, HJ raises to $3, CO calls $3, BN folds, Hero raises to $15, BB folds, HJ folds, CO calls $12
Flop ($34.50) J 5 Q (2 Players)
Hero bets $16, CO calls $16
Turn ($66.50) J 5 Q J (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $32

I just have a 100 hands on him but I suspect villain to be a new regular. So far he ran like 22/17/9/14,7 which may indicate that he's pretty aggressive.

I'm just kinda lost here and didn't really know what to do. Would really appreciate some thoughts.

I think pre is fine and standard. What about the flop which should hit his 3b/calling range pretty good. Against an mp open I probably don't even 3b JJ. Merits of betting vs c/r or c/c? How about the sizing?

Turn obv sucks since he can have a lot of J's whereas I don't - especially after betting the flop since I'd probably c/c. If I call his turn bet there would be 130 in the pot with him having 106 behind. Would should I do if the river comes a diamond, T, K or A?
