I've marked this guy as weak player. however his stats are decent, possible regular.
26/19 3bet 12% overall 200hands. Cbet frequently over 80% (13 situations) and seems agro postlop (compare to other players, still not that aggressive).
That's a weird spot, vs fishy player I would call to see some 45,55 K2 and stuff like that. Vs more reg players I feel their range more linear and hard to have clear bluffs.

some diamonds villain can bluff and things like Ts8s that where giving up flop. I think in a balanced strategy we should call rvr sometimes with our Jx, our Ax we checkback flop with are probably not enough to defend ourselves from overfolding
I think we do have enough Ax that we can fold all Jx. Pair that with the fact that this river is usually a scare card for bluffing (especially if you are a fish) and I'd lean even more of a fold.
I don't see a good reason to call
Ya I think call vs some terrible players or maybe really good players. Could see it making in as MDF call vs someone good and capable of pressuring ranges here. Blocking QQ, not blocking lower cards. Vs avg small stakes dude though probably just lighting some $$ on fire.
One of those spots where population should be unbalanced and value heavy.
