NL100[sh] - River vbet decision

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) CO: $70.55
BN: $101.38
SB: $30.00
BB: $100.00 (Hero)
UTG: $50.51
MP: $120.39
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is BB with A Q
2 folds, BN raises to $2.50, Hero calls $2.00, UTG calls $1.50
Flop ($7.50) 4 J Q
Hero checks, UTG checks, BN bets $5.00, Hero calls $5.00, UTG folds
Turn ($17.50) 4 J Q 6
Hero checks, BN checks
River ($17.50) 4 J Q 6 9
Hero bets $12.47, BN calls $12.47

Preflop I opt-in for a flat only, because BB is a 68/27 over 27h sample and I want to keep him in play.
BTN is a regular playing 32/32 after 22 hands.

I was toying with the idea of dnking and taking the initiative on flop and I think in this case this is probably the way to go.

As played I am wondering if I should bet the river and what size?
