vs unknown, is this a standard shove, or do i just end up seeing KK+ all day?
calling strikes me as the worst of my options, as:
1.) if i assume villain likely has KK+, i might as well just fold pre; if i make a pair on the flop, what good will it do me?
2.) if i assume villains range is much wider than just KK+, i might as well shove pre and see five cards, yea?
