NL100::playing AQo preflop, vs shortstack villains min4bet

CO: $100
BN: $51.73
SB: $181.75 (Hero)
BB: $49
HJ: $247.37
Preflop ($1.50) (5 Players)
Hero was dealt Q A
HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $2, Hero raises to $7.50, BB folds, BN raises to $12, Hero raises to $173.75, and is all in, BN raises to $37.73, and is all in
Flop ($234.48) 4 Q T (2 Players)
Turn ($234.48) 4 Q T 7 (2 Players)
River ($234.48) 4 Q T 7 4 (2 Players)
Final Pot

vs unknown, is this a standard shove, or do i just end up seeing KK+ all day?

calling strikes me as the worst of my options, as:

1.) if i assume villain likely has KK+, i might as well just fold pre; if i make a pair on the flop, what good will it do me?

2.) if i assume villains range is much wider than just KK+, i might as well shove pre and see five cards, yea?

Ya the average short stacker that I play against this is defo a jam I think. I don t really know what their plan is when min 4 betting but AQ is definitely a decent hand to find out with.
