Final Pot
notes: villain is 33/19, his FCB is relatively low, and i felt he was extremely like to bet turn if i checked to him.
so i check-raise, and he calls, and im not too worried about him having a set or two pair ... if so, thats just too bad.
im not too sure what he does have though, and frankly, i shoved before i realize that the river had created a one-card straight possibility on the board.
if id checked, would i have folded to a shove?
assuming its a villain who would never bet unless he a made a straight or a flush, then the answer would be yes, and thats likely the case here .. but then, would i be missing value from anything? given my line, would i ever possibly get called by A9? probably not.
so ... better to check+fold river next time; otherwise, the hand was played alright?
