TAG is not enough of a description if you want an exploitative opinion.
As a default wp imo
Dont have more much info to give, reg tag player
why call for 4 outs is default ? vs check/raise
@tyler forrester
I would fold vs x-raise
I would check back the flop. We're not worried to be out-drawn by villain's check-folding range except for some AK, AQ combos with we block. We can still bluff turn/river or call-raise if he bets turn. Getting x/r off our equity here is a pretty big disaster. We can put villain in some difficult spots on later streets when his continuing range is a little bit face-up.
Flop call is standard, we need to be taking some bluffs to the turn. Otherwise villain would be able to c/r us, then check/fold confidently when we bet. We have most likely have 9 combos of sets on this board texture and with only 2 better straight draws (QTs, 87s), we definitely need be taking KQs with the backdoor flush draw to the turn.
You'll note I'm not saying much about the villain and that's because c/r ranges vary widely among tags, so I am not able to read much into his play.
On the turn, its like a marginal call again. We'll be folding our J's on the turn and again we need some river bluffs. KQ here blocks the straights which should narrow villain's calling ranges on the river. It also gives us the opportunity to develop a river folding range, which we would likely be lacking without this turn call (QTs, JTs? - 4.5 combos, Sets, KTs, QJs - 15 combos).
Overall is a marginal call/call/ bluff 8 rivers/value bet T rivers/check others.
Which rivers should we bluff?
