NL100 Weak 2 pair on the river - bet or check?

So here I'm not sure whether it's best to check/call or bet/fold (or bet/call?)
Lots of missed draws. I'm wondering if we bet though what hand can possibly call (or raise) us. And if we're unlikely to get raised and have a lot of bluffs in our range as well - maybe it's better we just bet for value?
