NL100 TT 3bet 5bet push vs reg, 1st hand at the table without stats

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (8 Players) BB: $100.00 (Hero)
UTG: $124.41
UTG+1: $54.48
MP: $41.50
MP+1: $157.31
CO: $116.25
BN: $100.00
SB: $100.00
I want discuss 2 variants of hand history: with stats and without.
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is BB with T T
4 folds, CO raises to $2.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $8.00, CO raises to $19.00, Hero raises to $100.00 and is all in, CO calls $81.00
1) WITHOUT STATS!

In vacuum: he is reg and COvsBB dynamic positions with wide steal, resteal, 3bet and 4bet. This is 1st hand and I don't have stats, TableScan was off. I don't remember if HM2 or PT4 show stats when I have just sat at the table.

If he have my stats I have 3bet 12-15% and fold to 4bet 60-70%, so he can 4bet me with wide range and call nuts range.

If he don't have my stats his 4bet range JJ+/AK and I can not push this hand.

Now I think call is better since I have not information and it is not necessary to increase the dispersion.

2) WITH STATS!

16/13/25/52/46/large (vpip/pfr/wts/w$sd/wwsf/hands); -3bb/100 -1.4k$
rf 24
fold to 3bet 57(84)
4bet vs OOP 18(84)
4bet range 4.1
fold to 5bet total 34(29), CO 33(6)

What is better call pre or 3bet? I think call is better, since he will fold too much. If to be honest without detailed analysis I will 3bet. If he have my stats he will call nuts and 4bet a lot of air. So my 5bet is profitable, isn't it? Or he will not adjust too much and 4bet strong range, since he is weak reg and he is not folding too much to 5bet?
