I think villain could be 4-betting JJ-AA/AQ and also some bluffs with blockers like Axs, Kxs.

I decide to check/call to let him take a stab with his bluffs. I don't think he would 3-bet 77/99 so those sets aren't really in his range, but they could be in mine since we're a bit over 120BB deep.

I don't expect villain to check this turn with AA/KK/AK since giving a free card is really dangerous. This isn't a turn card I'm likely to fold on so it makes sense for him to check. Especially if he picked up some SDV or outs he can river me with.
Would donking make sense here in this case, since my hand is quite vulnerable to a free card?

Really gross card but when you think about villain's range, I don't think he has any set on this board other than the one KK which bets turn. 55-TT don't make sense either. So if he has a 5 or a T it's from one of his bluffing hands like A5s/ATs which there are only 8 combos of.
This is a really scary looking card especially if I have JJ/QQ/KQ and it's possible he's thinking he can get me to fold with a hand that bricked and was bluffing like AQ/AJ/A2-A4s. I also don't think he would thin value bet AK/AA here (if for some reason he checked turn with them). That said, I would expect him to bet a bit bigger than $40/$74 in this case.
