Plz explain why u check turn here.
:-)
"A" is a good scare card here, so not the best for value betting here. Also i can induce some bluff here.
But maybe I was wrong, so I don't want to pop up my other thoughts. Not now at least.
U are going to cbet turn here most of the time whether u have A or not. So if he has the Q this is a perfect turn to cbet and take value since he have to defend almost always unless u have nitty stats.
And also u can potcontroll the bets to be a little on the lower side for protection on the river. And u can then b/f river.
When u check turn u cap ur range pretty hard to.
Unless u have a read that this guy can spazz alot. Then i think ur line is ok.
I don't like x/c lines much when villan has almost no non paired hands in his range.
wp given the stats...I mean in theory I prefer barreling with AJ and going into xc mode with AT and worse, but w/e, close enough
flop is marginal fwiw, I stopped cbetting this much tbh, xc is prob superior, but no big deal. Its just hard to win if you cbet this much, villain's dont fold that much on these boards....everyone assumes 85% cbet %
He can have some 54s, 66, 33, A7dd, A7hh, A6, A3 (maybe some other 2pairs) as value hands and some bluffs like some JTdd, JThh, JTcc, KJdd, KJhh, KJcc maybe KTdd, KThh, KTcc, 75s or 6xcc ( like 65cc, 86cc, 96cc, T6cc, J6cc, K6cc) occasionally. U play is okay with that much read I think U pretty high up on Your range, Your sample size is small, and U don't block flop bacdoor floats.
THX Guys, results now unhide
I don't think this is wp at all
I find river overbets to be nutted more often than not. I'd say like 60%+ of the time, they're valuebetting when they overbet pot. I'd fold. I don't think he bets $35 w/ AT either.
what'd kind of range would you assign to villain for overbetting? Also if I cbet flop I'd barrel turn for sure if I hit.
I'm betting T+R on this card. As played, I'm folding R - i find these small overbets value heavy, for the most part.
