if he has cb\fold near 40%, he might have strength ch/call range. And in this situation we can make 2 big barrels and ch beh river.

I think that he has wider than 10 3bet, because in 3max regs more agressive. And he can call wider because of it - any Qx, JJ, TT, 99, 88
Easy ship, I will be very surprised to not have the better hand on the river with his line. If he got us beat (better Qx, FH), he is very bad and losing a lot of value in the long run. If he got Axdd, OK, he pwned us.
You are going to lose here occasionally, but shipping is superior to checking. He can't have better very often 10-15% probably.
