NL100 multiway TPGK OOP on interesting turn.

BN: $130.78
SB: $101.50 (Hero)
BB: $166.91
UTG: $121.73
HJ: $106.69
CO: $471.37
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt J Q
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO raises to $2.50, BN calls $2.50, Hero calls $2, BB folds
No huge reads on anybody, these two seem like pretty normal regs over 70 hands, BB has 3bet 3.3% over 180. Please let me know if this call is losing and what you think my calling range should be here if it is <3.
Flop ($8.50) 8 J 8 (3 Players)
Hero bets $4.22, CO calls $4.22, BN folds
I feel like calling OOP 3-way with hands like KJs QJs JTs etc. you're going to end up in a spot like this quite often and working out the right way to play our range should improve our EV with it greatly. I feel like I have a bunch of hands which need protection and a decent number of draws on this board, so I should just be betting it. I don't think trying to play with a x/c and x/r range here makes sense because I don't need to defend my checks as much since it's 3-way and because giving away a free card to two people with my range seems very bad, so I think I'm basically always betting or x/f'ing. Maybe the only other thing I can do is take JJ, 88 and TT-99 and make a x/c and x/r range out of some of them which slightly punishes opponents for trying to win the pot for free and helps TT-99 a bit, I don't know though I feel like maybe TT-99 want to bet for protection too and they block a couple of 8s so they might be useful to bluff with later.

If I play like this I'm going to be betting something like 65% of the time on this flop incidentally. That might be way too much. OTOH it does hit me pretty damn hard after I overcall the SB. I have TP+ 35% of the time with a semi-reasonable looking range I just gave myself and plenty of gutters and flush draws as well, although if I call AQo or sq. it makes a pretty big difference, as does how far down I'm calling pocket pairs.
Turn ($16.94) 8 J 8 J (2 Players)
Hero checks, CO bets $10.50, Hero raises to $28.24
CO calling my lead with a BTN coldcalling range still to act behind him seems like it shouldn't be messing around very often. On the other hand I think an 8 should almost always raise on this board 3-way because there are so many draws and he can't have JJ so I'm either losing to 8888, splitting, or nearly invulnerable.

I'm interested to hear what you guys think of betting, x/c, and x/r on the turn. My logic for a x/r was that since I was blocking so much I thought draws were a large part of his range and that I was never getting more money from them by betting, but I don't see why he can't have 18 combos of AA-QQ here and maybe they get stubborn enough that I'm meant to just bet two more times. Also do you think a x/r is a winning play with T9 here? I think it probably isn't but it might be close. So given that I thought the only way I got more money after a x/c was making it look like I had a gutter and hoping he'd rebluff. Obviously it's a hard spot on the turn to get a ton of money in good but I think my line is probably the best try.
