NL100 KK facing river overbet

CO: $111.09 (Hero)
BN: $171.05
SB: $89
BB: $89.56
UTG: $91.35
HJ: $120.46
villain is 42/28/3 over a small sample size. 3bets 17pct v CO opens, check-raises 25pct of the time on the flop.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt K K
UTG folds, HJ folds, Hero raises to $3, BN folds, SB calls $2.50, BB folds
Flop ($7.00) 3 7 8 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero bets $4.50, SB raises to $12, Hero calls $7.50
Turn ($31.00) 4 (2 Players)
SB checks, Hero checks
River ($31.00) 2 (2 Players)
SB bets $50

since villain is check-raising so often, and the board is rather drawy, should i have been bet+calling the turn?

is the river a standard fold, as river overbets at microstakes are usually unbalanced toward nutted hands?
