Now I think I should bet little more and I will have very good push on turn. 19-20$ on flop and pot bet turn. What do you think?

I don't know why I make ch... If he have Q he will ch also, If he have dro he will call bet. He will not bluff frequently in 4bet pot. So I think bet on turn.
What better push or 1/3 with nuts?
What is better 1/3 bet or push if I made 20$ on flop and I can pot bet push turn?
