I decided to flat because I wanted SB to squeeze. I suppose 3-betting would be better because I would be calling SB's cold 4-bet jam either way and this way it guarantees CO doesn't come along IF sb did indeed squeeze. But none of that happens so we see a flop.

CO makes a small c-bet and I have a misrepresented hand here so I raise for value. He clicks it back which really throws me off.

I don't know what kind of hand range he has at this point because of the CiB OTF. It's possible I'm now drawing dead to a hand like A2hh, or have some equity against 22/33/88. We are behind for sure either way though so I think I just have to sigh and fold?
