NL100 interesting 4bet bluff spot

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (6 Players) BN: $91.73
SB: $63.25
BB: $106.23
UTG: $100.00
MP: $100.00 (Hero)
CO: $100.00
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is MP with 5 A
UTG folds, Hero raises to $4.00, CO folds, BN raises to $14.50, 2 folds, Hero raises to $25.00, BN calls $10.50
CO posted a blind. There is a chance that the BN is 3betting here because of that and A5s is part of my default 4bet bluff range. The sizing is awkward but I don't want to pot commit myself.
Flop ($52.50) 3 6 J
Hero checks, BN checks
Not enough equity to bluff so I gave up. I think he has more mediocre hands than usual because of pot odds preflop and he checks behind which I think weakens his range a bit more.
Turn ($52.50) 3 6 J 4
Hero bets $75.00 and is all in, BN calls $66.73 and is all in
Now I have enough equity to bluff. The problem is that I don't think I have any value hands in my range anymore. Well maybe AJo, if you can even call that a value hand in this situation.
River ($194.23) 3 6 J 4 4
Final Pot BN wins and shows two pairs, Queens and Fours.
MP wins and shows a pair of Fours.
BN wins $182.96 MP wins $0.00
Rake is $3.00

What do you think about how I played this?
