NL100, construct raising ranges on drawy boards

i wonder how to contruct raising ranges in all these kind of situations where the board is so drawy and its hard to have bluffs cause of the FE or how my own range looks like.

i sadly cant find more sample hands now but this hand shows a bit what i mean.

it cant be that i win 15bb on such a action board with a set.

2nd.

Hand example: strong regular opens on btn 2bb, i call bb.

flop T  T
5

in jennings and other videos on rio it says i should c/r all trips here. with at kt type hands it seems obvious its bad to not x/r. but with t5?

what is the strategy to go in situations like this.

also x/r all trips (and balancing it with draws or overcards) weakens our x/c range extremely, if someone makes a note he can 3barrel with potbets every flop like this and this is not good (funny thing is im a smallstakes player and think about things like that while jennings uses (or used it years ago when he was active) such strategies on highstakes where every leak gets exploitet to death)

(the more i think about things peter jenning says the more i think like mr. thomas)
