NL100 bluffcatching top pair vs unexpected turn xr

Blinds: $0.50/$1.00 (5 Players) SB: $134.18
BB: $53.09
UTG: $105.01 (Hero)
CO: $123.77
BN: $111.47
Preflop ($1.50) Hero is UTG with T A
Hero raises to $3.00, CO calls $3.00, BN folds, SB calls $2.50, BB folds
Flop ($10.00) 9 A 6
SB checks, Hero checks, CO checks
It isn't strong enough to for 3 streets of value. I would bet AQ+ and draws here.
Turn ($10.00) 9 A 6 6
SB checks, Hero bets $6.50, CO folds, SB raises to $20.00, Hero calls $13.50
Delayed cbet seems ok here, I think I have more sixes than the other players and AA is also in my range. Can get value from worse aces and draws. I'm thinking the SB won't have a 6 often and could have decided to play a draw aggressively because my range looks a bit weak because I checked the flop.
River ($50.00) 9 A 6 6 Q
SB bets $47.50, Hero calls $47.50
This is pretty close imo, called because I think he is weighted towards missed draws. What does this sizing mean in this spot? Looks like 99 that went for a xr instead of leading OTT or a missed draw.
Final Pot SB wins and shows three of a kind, Sixes.
UTG lost and shows two pairs, Aces and Sixes.
SB wins $142.00
Rake is $3.00

What do you do OTR?
Would you have played the hand differently on an earlier street?
