NL100 Betsizing question

hello this HH is for betsizing turn and river (would be glad to have opinions on actions but really have problem with betsizing here , thanks)

i dont want to play a big pot 67deep against CO with 64s so i dont want to isolate to 4 and being 3bet to 12 by SB being 55 deep vs CO with 64s n a 3bet pot
also BB is only 30 deep and even if he seems really passif i dont want him to shove vs my iso raise + i want to keep him in pot
i think SB witll often raise but pot will be smaller so i will allways call

he s ablle to X/R turn quite often (9%) so he can have 44 66 QQ QJ even if i block some combos
i dont put him on Q4 Q6 J4 J6
i think he would have 2 barrel a good TP and fluhs draw so i expect him to X/R his monsters and X/F all hands
i dont seee much value so i size as my bluffing range
any htoughts?

not sure what he can has now since he does not have 58 preflop (but i didnt had the time to think that during game so i played as if he can has it)
i put him on a weak TP and maybe best bet size will be around 50 but im only 72deep so it looks really like a vlue bet
if i shoves 72 into 96 it looks more as a bluff but his range is so weak that i dont see him call me
so i do only 1/3 to let him call or shove bluff (i would call)
