NL100 Bet this river or give up? Missed draw, 210BB deep

BN: $119.19
SB: $213.28 (Hero)
BB: $226.65
UTG: $100
HJ: $120.48
CO: $145.50
BB doesn't seem like a good player based on some odd looking stats over a small sample.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt A 3
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $2, Hero raises to $8, BB calls $7, BN calls $6
BTN was folding to 3-bets a lot. Wasn't really paying attention to the BB. Had I known he looked fishy I probably would've just flatted.
Flop ($24.50) 8 6 T (3 Players)
Hero bets $13.50, BB calls $13.50, BN folds
Picked up NFD so decided to bet and see what BB does. Alternatively maybe I could have check-decided based on the action as well but I think taking the lead might be OK because I can barrel off on future streets.
Turn ($51.50) 8 6 T 3 (2 Players)
Hero bets $40, BB calls $40
Picked up a pair with my FD. The problem is I don't think villain is folding anything OTT that he decided to call flop with. And I might have to fire a big bet on the river again if I miss.
River ($131.50) 8 6 T 3 5 (2 Players)
Complete brick. We have $151 behind. Should we bet this and if so how much?

I feel that it's so obvious that the draw missed that even a fish could call here with 99. So in that sense checking and giving up might be OK too. But it would totally suck to get bluffed out by QJss/KQss or have 77/87/98 check back and win the pot...
