NL100 BB vs. BTN turn C/R

BN: $100
SB: $122.82
BB: $101.50 (Hero)
UTG: $322.28
HJ: $99.62
CO: $100
Villain is 26/21 with a 63% steal over a small sample, looks like a reg.
Preflop ($1.50) (6 Players)
Hero was dealt 6 A
UTG folds, HJ folds, CO folds, BN raises to $2, SB folds, Hero calls $1
Standard defend imo.
Flop ($4.50) 4 9 9 (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $3, Hero calls $3
I have a lot of 9's in my range as my BB defense is made up of a lot of middle card type hands. So I could probably C/R here and get folds from a ton of BTN's range (63%). If he has a tighter range I might not get as many folds from hands like 55-88 or even Ax.

In hindsight I think I should C/R this flop. But I think he will continue to fire on a turn A, which I can happily c/c again, plus I have decent equity/SD value so calling isn't terrible either.
Turn ($10.50) 4 9 9 Q (2 Players)
Hero checks, BN bets $7, Hero raises to $20, BN calls $13
Classic barreling card and I think I will make money by C/R this turn.

When villain flats I think he could have worse flush draws, Qx, weak 9. JT is a possibility but unlikely since many outs are dirty.
River ($50.50) 4 9 9 Q K (2 Players)
Hero bets $25

I think villain might fold weak Qx here and all of his busted FD's, which is the majority of his range. I think his calling range on this river is inelastic so I make a small 1/2 bet.
