If I don't call with this I'm only calling with 55(1), A5s(1), AT(9) and A9cc.
Does it matter that I block some clubs or is this a standard calldown?

Other will analyse the hand a lot better than me, but isn't it clear that we are behind vs his river bet?
We have to call with an A on turn and its not like he can bluff us off - no?
( of course NL5 is a lot different than NL100)
I think calling down is good as he could bet a lot of broadways on the turn with gutshot + blockers and decide to barrel river.
Can you not have 65s (2) 45s (2) and maybe TT (3) (I guess I might fold vs his flop sizing). It's not a big 3bet and you're deep enough to peel the suited connectors imo.
it is definetly an issue that we block his nut bluffing hand with KQcc and QJcc.
but I would have a hard time folding against this sizing, he can get there with quite a bit of garbage and we are fairly high up. if you want to you can fold that specific combo because of the club blocker, but call most AQ
Generally folding AQs on the river here is highly exploitative. You'd be folding 65-70% conservatively here. I'd generally call because of this. However we need to realize that its a bluffcatcher and is only winning here between 25%-50% of the time. This means plenty of the time, we'll be losing.
