nl100 AJs turn decision
His flop cbet size makes me think he won't have 88 many times. So i think i have the nuts here almost always, but i don't really want to have a raise range here, since the fish acts after me, the reg shows strength, and i don't feel comfortable having a bluff raise range here, therefore i won't have a value raise range. Tell me if i'm thinking bad :)
What do you think about the turn raise? I don't see many hands that can beat me, and he will have qj, jk which he can call me with, especially that there are many draws.

well played
Really like the way you played this hand.Shoving turn makes it look like a combo draw, so don`t see him ever getting away from KJ/QJ.
Noone raising flop? His potsized CB into 2 ppl looks really strong to me and there is some ugly turn cards that might freeze the action
Yeah, I like raising the flop and getting it in ... furthermore I think raising the flop looks weaker than calling and raising the turn.

What`s your calling range preflop B vs tight CO and with what part of that range do you continue here and flat a pot bet ? I think this looks extremly strong and by raising the turn you just confirmed this assumption.
If the CO gets it in anyway on the turn after this action why do you feel the need to be balanced at these stakes ?
If he has an overpair or a jack I can`t imagine him folding when you raise the flop. His flop cbet being only 57 I imagine he's never bluffing in this spot and he has a strong range which he will stack off like always on this flop.
My guess is that thinking about balance and slowplaying in some spots against weak regs will cost you a ton of value.
In spite of the fact that he's tightish on co, i think i would still call as wide as I call against a 30% co rfi, because there's a fish on the BB. Btw the reg folds 53 to 3bet.
Pre I think I would call something like this: TT-22,AQo-ATo,KQo-KJo,AQs-A9s,KQs-K9s,QJs-Q9s,JTs-J9s,T9s-T8s,98s-97s,87s,76s,65s
OTF I would call(if I don't have a raise range): 88, AJs, KJs, QJs, J9s+, T9s, 98s, AsQs, AcQc, KsQs, AsTs, KsTs, QsTs, QcTc, As9s, Ks9s, Qs9s, Qc9c, 9s7s, 7s6s, 6s5s, AJo, KJo, AsQd, AsQh, AsQc (I didn't really use card removal, so there are some Tc combo which I can't have obv.)
So when i get to this turn, i will have many combos as well. But I like your thinking.
If you are curious I'll tell you what he had.
