When the UTG 4bet after my SQZ I decided to just flat since if I 5bet here is too strong and I have good pot odds so I guess I would call always here and the donk could still overcall or even better shove over the top.

Here I can make a case for raise, since there are some "bad turns" but I think I can still call and let him barrell off his KK or even an AA.

Here I think that the betsize is the important. I bet an ammount small enough so he could still call with his KK and then OTR he could feel commited and still call.

Looks good to me. Like you said, you could put in a small raise on the flop but it might scare off his bluffs.
raise flop, if you had the Ac i dont mind flatting. His preflop range is strong and a lot of turns kill action, get in some money now
I agree with blindhippo the flop is kind drawy and because the donkey can have a wide range off hands he will call ANY draw here. UTG will also call with a hand like AcKc and he should be able to call off a raise with QQ+ if its not to big. The best thing is if he puts you on a club draw hand like QcKc,TT+ since that is a very common hands to 3-bet on the btn and just shoves over you with his QQ+. You will also have some balance the next time you make this move with a flushdraw.
So raise and get as much money in as you possibly can.
