Hey again,
Vilian reg - steal from BTN 50%, fold 2 3b is 33%, not much info for 4b - 75 hands on him. Seen flop in 3b pot IP 2 times, folded 0/2.
I cbet and face that weird raise. His range - i really dont know , i think w overs like xdxd he may only call ( atleast thats what majority of ppl do in these games), 89s i dont think they raise that aswell, he may called pre w TT( i have seen some ppl call some 3b ) and 77, but i doubt him to wanna fastplay them on such flop. Lets give him JJ even. So gives that i cant find much of a range that calls pre and raises this specific flop, is it a good option here to jam ? We have overs vs JJ and tiny bit of back up EQ with the Ad ?

Seems way too agro to me, even with strongish favorable reads for this. Calling cant be that bad or folding if you're a huge nit like me!
As villain, I think I could easily have a value raising range of 75s, T7s (if called pre), TT, 77, 55 and some good draws and some hands too weak to call.
I prefer $8 pre by its blockers and how good our hand does against BTN MR range. The flop play is too insane. You can be drawing very thin there to risk 100bb in A high. On this draw heavy board, this hits a lot more his range than ours, I prefer x/f. Tyler Forrester made a great and detailed analysis by what to do with AQo/AQs in this kinda flops and really helps to understand better the situation.
Which Video was it from Tyler??

Thaks guys, i appreciate the responces ;] !
I think it's fine because you block his NFD meaning he is gonna think he could be dominated and then fold his FD or we have some really decent runner runner outs if he calls. It's definitely not as insane as people are saying for sure.
Let's just say, we lead flop and then he calls, and turn is K or J of Diamonds or just some Diamonds, we can then CRAI on turn. I like that play. In this hand, you just skipped the foreplay.
I don't really like the flop shove. People are not bluff raising flops often enough at 100nl to do this imo. Unless you have a read that this guy is a maniac and just bluffs at every opportunity he gets, I would shy away from shoving here. Seems too spewy.
As for the guy who said to c/f this flop, I think that is horrible advice. This board is fine to bet and you can easily barrel 3 streets if you hit an A, K, Q, J or any diamond on the turn. I believe bet/fold on the flop w/o any compelling reads would be a better line. The reads you gave were based on the general population of 100nl and I don't think they strong enough of an arguement to spew here imo.
Having the Ad is actually a minus in this hand. When called, you have the most equity against his Adxd semibluff raises.
