I think i should X OTF. Do not like turning hand with showdown value into a bluf.
OTT i am not quite sure. I do not know how wide he calls PF, but having Jh ain't good - he could call PF w QJs, maybe JTs and i block them). I also think, that usually he doesn't turn a hand like TT into a bluf. So i don't see many bluffs here.
